Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Assistant Club Manager for Anytime Fitness Redfern. We are looking for individuals who: Thrive in an autonomous role and are available for Casual/Part Time Have passion towards the fitness industry with the ability to interact well as an individual unsupervised and in a team environment Invested in working within the health and fitness industry Want endless upskill and growth opportunities As Assistant Club Manager, you will be working Monday – Wednesday with optional Saturdays. Your hours will work into the staffed hours. Staffed hours are as follows: Monday-Thursday, 10:30am - 7pm,Friday 7am-2pm,Saturdays 10am-2pm. You will be given day-to-day tasks that include but are not restricted to: Administrative & clerical tasks, answering phone calls and responding to emails Marketing and promoting through multiple social media platforms including; Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, Campaign managers Maintenance of equipment Club Cleanliness Outreach and community involvement Creating social media posts Customer service resolution Member challenges and member engagement Meeting KPI's Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community Candidates for Assistant Club Manager must have all the following: A passion for Health and Fitness Flexibility Administrative experience and competent computer skills Outgoing and friendly personality Experience within the fitness industry (preferred but not essential) Knowledge of health and fitness whether professionally or personally Hard work ethic This role is very important for us to maintain the high standards that have been set with our newest club and want this person to be a part of that continuous growth. Full training will be provided to allow you to feel comfortable and fully equipped to begin the role. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us as our team is ever expanding.
