The role: James Milson Village is seeking passionate, professional and flexible Aged Care Employee - Carer/AIN. We have multiple part time and casual positions at our North Sydney residential aged care homes. Their primary function is to provide high quality, safe and effective personal care that aligns with individual resident choices and best practice to the residents of James Milson Village at North Sydney. Who we are looking for: Cert III or Cert IV qualified in aged care, Cert IV highly desirable You will be a team player, professional, friendly and can work a regular roster within our village Must have at least one year experience in a similar role; preferably in aged care Additional knowledge/qualifications in other aged care related fields, (e.g., dementia care, continence) is desirable Excellent customer service and nursing/care skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in a very busy aged care home Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride in personal appearance.
