Be among the first 25 applicants ALRA Recruitment Position: Family Law Partner Location: Sydney CBD This is a full-service national law firm in the Sydney CBD with offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. They have 10+ Family Lawyers in Melbourne who focus on more complex financial and property settlements (typically with asset pools >$5m). We are looking to leverage this opportunity by bringing on a Family Law Partner who can take over the existing files and client base, drive the progression of the practice, and set the cultural tone. The NSW practice has a particularly strong Insolvency Litigation department which generates a pool of referrers to introduce you to. There is an experienced admin team to help you manage files, and the Family Law team in Melbourne will collaborate with you on matters. With no Partner above you in Sydney, you can maximize your ability to bring in work through leveraging the untapped family law network the firm will provide. The National Head of Family Law was recently a Finalist in the Partner of the Year Awards and will provide a great level of support in practice management aspects of managing clients, delegating work, and running the practice.
