About the job Partner - Employment Law Specialist Employment Law Partner - Sydney The client: Zylo has teamed up with a leading law firm with a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a highly experienced Employment Law Partner to join their dynamic team in Sydney. Position Summary: As an Employment Law Partner, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of employment matters, including: Workplace disputes: Representing clients in various employment disputes, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, and harassment claims. Contractual matters: Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related agreements. Industrial relations: Advising clients on industrial relations issues, including enterprise bargaining, union negotiations, and workplace safety. Executive remuneration: Providing expert advice on executive remuneration packages, including performance-based incentives and long-term incentives.
