THE ROLE The Partnership Lead sits within the newly established Service Delivery and Partnership Support team and plays a pivotal role in engaging with Disability Homes Victoria's (DHV) operational partners, such as Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, through forums, capacity development functions, and place-based community engagements. The role will drive engagement and develop strategic methods to manage collaboration agreements across several providers and include regular reviews and tracking. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Collaborate with the Manager, Service Delivery Support and ensure that the team's strategic partnership priorities are aligned with DHV's business objectives. Provide strategic insight into the development of DHV's engagement and partnership strategies in collaboration with the management team. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to enable functions and enhance DHV service delivery.
