The Star Brisbane is looking to appoint a Public Relations and Partnership’s Manager. This newly created role will see you play a key part in shaping and executing The Star Brisbane’s public relations strategy while building and managing our long-standing partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance our visibility and reputation. A few of your responsibilities: Lead the integrated communication strategy and activation plan that deliver on The Star Brisbane’s overall marketing strategy. Identify, develop and manage commercial partnerships and sponsorships. Project manage partnership and event activations, working with cross functional teams as appropriate. Lead the development and execution of activation plans through paid, owned and earned channels including consumer promotions, social media content and leveraging ambassadors aligned to The Star. Ensure mix of partnerships and sponsorships enhance The Star’s brand presence. What are we looking for: Minimum 7 years’ marketing experience in hospitality or related industry with proven results. Proven experience in a Public Relations role. Proven experience managing partnerships and partnership activations. A strong, established network of contacts and relationships in the corporate, media and social arenas. About you: You will be an experienced professional with marketing experience in hospitality or a related industry, you have a proven track record in driving impactful results. You are skilled in managing public relations and partnerships from end-to-end. Your strong network in corporate, media, and social sectors, combined with excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills, allows you to deliver seamless results. You will also understand key regulations, including Privacy, Marketing, the Casino Control Act, OH&S, and other relevant laws, ensuring compliance across all PR and partnership activities.
