On we go… Mission: As our Partnerships Specialist, you’ll serve as the essential link between our partners and our internal teams. Representing Tixel, your mission is to ensure our partners—promoters, venues, artist clients and ticketing partners - receive exceptional support, guiding them through our platform to deliver impactful campaigns, while feeding insights back to help us continuously improve. The Gig: Relationship Management: Proactively support and manage a portfolio of partners - focusing on building trusted, long-lasting relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction, and driving renewals and retention. Onboarding & Support: Seamlessly onboard new partners, ensuring they grasp Tixel’s capabilities and best practices. Provide responsive, day-to-day support, anticipating needs and resolving issues swiftly. Collaboration & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between event/artist partners, ticketing companies, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and uncovering opportunities for improved activation of partnerships. Strategic Initiative: Leverage data insights and partner feedback to propose new opportunities, align with Tixel's broader objectives and drive campaign success. Technical Collaboration: Maintain deep technical knowledge of Tixel’s platform, liaise with Marketplace Experience and Product teams to understand new features or integrations, and guide partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyse partner feedback to refine products, policies, and support materials, enhancing overall partner satisfaction and loyalty. Skills: Relationship Expertise: Proven experience in managing and nurturing B2B relationships, especially within the live events or ticketing industry. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders. Problem-Solving: A curious and proactive approach to identifying challenges and collaboratively finding solutions with internal teams. Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally, especially with marketing, finance, and technical product teams, to align partner needs with company initiatives. Analytical Mindset: Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and apply insights to drive partner success and strategic improvements. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working alongside technical teams to solve integration and operational challenges.
