Parts Analyst - Towlift Location : Various - Toledo, Cleveland, Columbus Contact: 440-488-1377 Introduction We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Parts Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing parts inventory, forecasting demand, and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer needs. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments. Key Responsibilities Inventory Analysis and Management: Monitor, manage, and analyze parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory. Manage inventory audits and ensure proper tracking and accountability. Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer orders for all East coast operations. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient parts delivery. Manage call and demand, reorder points, and safety stock levels. Relationship Development: Develop strong relationships to gain strong partnerships in our markets for optimal pricing structures. Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on inventory status, demand forecasts, and stock performance to Regional Director of Product Support – East Coast. Create and set up reporting in PowerBI environment for global usage. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance inventory management efficiency. Process analysis to find streamline opportunities. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, part numbers, and supplier information. Own the item master, data integrity, and data verification. Customer Support: Assist Parts and service teams with parts inquiries, order processing, and resolving inventory-related issues. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Experience in the material handling, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analysis, or a similar role. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques. Project Management: Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies. Open to up to 25% of working time spent traveling to East Coast Operating Companies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
