Job Description
Full time Tait Auto Group is seeking a full-time experienced Parts Interpreter / Service Advisor within our Tait Toyota St George Branch. Even though we are seeking an experienced staff member to join our team, we also encourage those looking for a career change to apply as all on the job training is provided in this role. (School leavers are encouraged to apply). This person will be required to work within both the Toyota and Ford/Nissan Branches. Duties of the role include: Identifying parts and components for customer requirements, both internal and external, at the counter and over the phone. Customer quotes and invoice preparation and dispatch. Building and maintaining guest loyalty. Helping grow our current customer base. Minimum Requirements: Experience as a Parts Interpreter, or in a similar role in the agricultural or automotive industry. Current Drivers Licence. Current Forklift Ticket. Clear communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Computer literate. Physically fit to be able to lift heavy items. #J-18808-Ljbffr
