At Chery Motor Australia, the Parts Operations Specialist is a linchpin in our after-sales service, ensuring seamless operations and timely parts order deliveries to our dealers. This role serves as the primary bridge between dealers and our head office, providing pivotal support in parts ordering, usage of our Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC), and efficiently handling returns. With a focus on maintaining our brand's reputation and enhancing customer satisfaction, the Parts Operations Specialist works collaboratively within a dynamic team. Key responsibilities Dealer Support: Provide quick and effective support in answering and resolving dealer enquiries. Serve as the first point of contact for all parts-related concerns and questions. Parts Order Monitoring: Oversee and monitor the daily parts ordering processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) Assistance: Guide and assist dealers in using the Chery EPC, ensuring they have access to up-to-date and relevant parts information. Liaison with Head Office: Maintain regular communication with the head office, fetching necessary information and solving problems to streamline parts operations. Returns Management: Handle and process parts returns, ensuring that any issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Collaboration: Assist the Customer Experience and Warranty teams as and when needed to maintain brand standards. Skill and experience Prior experience in automotive parts operations will be highly regarded, but is not essential. High level of computer literacy is essential, with a preference for experience in using Pentana MDS and Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and relationship building. Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. You will be playing a crucial role in our after-sales team, directly impacting our brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
