About You: Knowledge of truck parts Customer-focused, sales-driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organizational and computer skills Forklift license (desirable) Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable) What You’ll Be Doing Providing exceptional customer service and selling parts to customers Ensuring customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model, and variation of the vehicle they’re requesting parts for Developing an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and using that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases Sourcing required parts and arranging dispatch Processing payments and preparing invoices What We Offer: Generous hourly rates and guaranteed job security $3,500 relocation bonus to help you move Parts apprenticeships Leadership training and career advancement through our Future Leaders Program Social events and a friendly team environment Mental health and wellbeing support programs Retail discount programs What are you waiting for?
