The Opportunity: Join our Geraldton branch as a Coordinator in our Parts & Services team, where you will assist both internal and external stakeholders with all service and parts requests. You will provide administrative and clerical support, such as planning/scheduling, invoicing, condition report quoting, monitoring WIP, managing documentation and data in systems, assisting with warranty and field campaigns. You will be the key point of contact for customer queries, handle parts procurement, manage stock integrity, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service.
