Farro is so much more than just quality & nutritious food; it's an experience - made up of great ambiance and of course, brilliant guest service.As a Line Cook (Pasta Chef) of Farro, you are to support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation, pasta and fryer operation, cooking and plating meals. You are a quick-thinking multitasker, who can perform a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment. It is essential that you are a reliable member of staff who exemplifies great time management and communication skills. Responsibilities Ability to work at a specific station (Pasta Station) Prepare and cook ingredients Preparation of vegetables, portioning and preparing sauces and seasoning Clean and manage kitchen equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations Assist with the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver high-quality dishes to our guests Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises Open and close the kitchen section Screening Questions Do you have a valid work permit?
