We are the premier implementation partner of 2cloudnine and are seeking a new Payroll Implementation Consultant, who as part of a team is responsible for driving the implementation of 2cloudnine for our clients. 2cloudnine is Australia's fastest growing payroll/invoicing solution, built 100% native on the Salesforce Platform, and is aimed at organisations payrolling over 500 employees. We have a strong footprint in Health, NDIS and Recruitment/Staffing/Labour Hire industries. 2cloudnine partners with Bullhorn for Salesforce, 3B, Flair HR, all using the power of the Salesforce platform to tailor solutions to the organisations we work with. 2cloudnine also integrates with Sage Intaact, Certinia, TechnologyOne and Xero for finance solutions. The Implementation Consultant role is varied and can include working with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, configuring the core 2cloudnine solution based on the client requirements, testing to ensure requirements are met, writing acceptance criteria, testing custom builds/enhancements, training users on the 2cloudnine solution, managing and meeting deliverables (using JIRA) and driving client outcomes to ensure successful implementation of solutions to our clients. Responsibilities: Responsible for the setup, configuration and testing of the 2cloudnine solution as part of a delivery project for clients - ultimately you will be responsible for the implementation of a new payroll/invoicing solution into our clients ensuring the solution meets requirements and is configured to a high quality as a working solution. Working with stakeholders to gather requirements via various methods including face to face workshops, online sessions, and other means and documenting these in user stories in excel and/or JIRA. Configure and test the core product including core payroll and invoicing configuration, interpretation rules, rate calculators, leave rules, legislative requirements, multiple business entities, and General Ledger. Documenting requirements including acceptance criteria for enhancements to assist our Tech team in the design and delivery of these before supporting the testing, ensuring they meet client requirements. Training of users in the use of the 2cloudnine solution ensuring a clear understanding of the business processes and requirements. Contribute to the planning of UAT, Parallel testing and Go Live. Hands-on support with our clients throughout UAT and Go Live phases - at times out of business hours. Provide support through hypercare (post go-live) and when client is handed over to Production Support. Travelling to client sites during critical phases of the project as required - Australia only. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in payroll implementation as a vendor consultant or part of a client delivery team. Management Consulting or experience working in delivery of IT projects to scope, timeline and budget. Experience with one or more Payroll solutions in the Australian market is mandatory. Experience with Salesforce is an advantage including any certifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to autonomously get tasks completed to ensure delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards a common goal. Experience within Health, NDIS and or Staffing/Recruitment/Labour Hire industries would be an advantage.
