Job Description About the Role Responsibilities for the role include: Process salary, hourly rate and on call allowance payments on a fortnightly basis, and special pays such as incentive and termination payments. Prepare monthly superannuation and payroll tax submissions, payments and reconciliations. Prepare end of month labour files including annual and long service leave provisions and labour accruals. Liaise with People & Culture to load new employees and deactivate departing employees. Overall responsibility for maintaining the payroll system and processes. This is a permanent part time position working 22.5 hours per week, roster by negotiation. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a requirement to work in the office regularly each week. About You You will have all or majority of the following skills and attributes: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, operating across multiple states. Comfortable using Excel for reporting and analysis, with the ability to use formulas, lookups and pivot tables in Excel. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Previous experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically Banking, and use of TechnologyOne finance system is also highly desirable. Sounds like you?
