Position: Payroll & People Systems Officer Start Date: ASAP Duration: 4 months (initial) Roster: Monday to Friday Location: Perth Duties: Review data and process new starters in Onboarding/Manage Pending Recruits and Employee Central Undertake first pay calculations Review and validate data position and people-based changes in Employee Central Assign workflow steps and approvals in Employee Central Prepare documentation such as employment change letters and contracts of employment Skills & Experience: High level of proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding modules Experience in payroll Experience in drafting employment letters and contracts of employment Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy in Excel spreadsheets Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Other Industries Mining #J-18808-Ljbffr
