Role: PEGA LSA (Certified Lead System Architect) Experience: 8+ years of overall experience with minimum of 5+ years of proven experience matching Pega CLSA skillset Location: Melbourne Salary range: AUD 134,132 - 140,193 (Annual Gross) Job Responsibilities: As a Pega Lead System Architect, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will define the problem, propose and refine the solution, guide teams on project processes, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building. Required Qualifications: Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture. Hands-on experience in application development and in Pega v8.x/Infinity and Pega frameworks. Certified CLSA (Part 1 & 2) in Pega v8.x/Infinity. Pega Infinity 24 experience preferred. Good understanding of business process and ability to prepare design documents and provide technical effort estimates. Experience in either J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/Java script/CSS), or .Net. Advanced knowledge of the Pega Architecture and all Pega design and implementation features. Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Additional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
