People & Culture Business Partner - Adelaide - My Plan Manager 1 day ago Full time Description About the Role: The P&C Business Partner will act as a strategic partner, managing people, performance, and priorities between the team and business. This role helps leaders plan and forecast labour needs, building a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Partnership with senior leadership to develop effective People & Culture policies, practices, and systems. Coaching partnerships to equip managers for employee engagement, motivation, and coaching. Talent management, including job analysis, succession plans, and position descriptions. Workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Effective case management of industrial matters, conflict resolution, and performance issues. Project management, undertaking P&C projects aligned with the business strategy. Reviewing staff exit surveys and reporting outcomes for future strategy. Developing strategies to address staff absenteeism and implementing change management plans. Completing workforce-related reporting activities and ensuring legislation compliance. Driving improvement opportunities in human resources information systems and building subject matter expertise. This is a key member of the P&C Leadership Team, requiring strong interaction across the organisation. After hours work may be required on occasion. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check for South Australia and Western Australia, full working rights to work in Australia, and discuss your salary expectations during the application process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
