We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to take the lead on talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best people while also supporting key HR initiatives. What You’ll Do This role has a majority focus on talent acquisition and onboarding, with opportunity to grow in broader HR areas. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 70%) Manage our end-to-end talent acquisition process Write compelling job ads and employer branding content to attract top talent. Conduct phone screenings and support hiring managers with interview scheduling. Handle reference checks, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and engage with potential candidates proactively. Onboarding & Employee Experience (20%) Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, from contracts to induction. Coordinate new starter activities, including orientation sessions and introductory events. Assist with engagement initiatives, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and supported. HR Administration & Compliance (10%) Maintain HR records and HRIS updates, ensuring data accuracy. Provide administrative support for HR policies, compliance, and WHS processes. Support the People & Culture team with HR reporting and projects as needed. Who We’re Looking For A recent People & Culture graduate or an individual with some entry experience in talent acquisition. A strong communicator who enjoys working with people and building relationships (experience building relationships with customers in retail, hospitality, or a customer service role is a plus!). Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills. Passionate about talent acquisition and creating a great candidate experience.
