In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the SSN AUKUS P&C General Manager and Leadership Team to deliver essential P&C processes, frameworks, and tools. As the second-in-command to the SSN AUKUS P&C General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the Workforce Integrated Project Team working closely with our joint partner and the Australian Submarine Agency (ASA). Responsibilities Leverage P&C resources across the business to support program readiness planning. Lead the end-to-end functional establishment of P&C systems, policies and procedures for the program, including the future integrated joint venture. Align activities with the organisation/program strategy to meet contractual deliverables. Define the scope and schedule for P&C activities within the Workforce IPT and drive to efficient and effective completion. Provide leadership to the team, setting direction and performance targets, as well as providing day to day guidance and support. Lead stakeholder engagements with our joint partner and ASA. Adapt to changes aligned with the maturity of partnership arrangements. Please note: Availability for collaboration calls outside normal working hours (UK timezone) is required. Periodic domestic and international travel may also be required on an ad hoc basis. About You Tertiary qualifications in business, HR, or a related discipline. Extensive leadership experience within large and complex organisations, with the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams across multiple functions. Significant P&C experience within a complex organisation, ideally experiencing rapid growth or in a start-up phase. Proven ability to build strong relationships with international stakeholders and customers. Experience in establishing P&C policies, systems and procedures. Ability to promote a positive organisational culture that encourages leadership, learning, skills development, and performance excellence. Knowledge or prior experience in defence industry, or similar regulated sectors. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
