As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic People & Growth Operations Manager to support our executive team, drive HR initiatives, coordinate key business projects, and oversee office management and event planning. The Role As a People & Growth Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across HR, project coordination, and business administration. You will work closely with the Management Team as an executive assistant, manage HR and people operations, coordinate hiring and onboarding, and drive key projects within the company. You will also oversee office management and company events, ensuring a high-functioning and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Business Operations Act as a strategic assistant to the leadership team, managing calendars, meetings, and administrative tasks. Manage internal and external meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, setting follow-up reminders, and ensuring action items are tracked and completed. Assist with internal communications, preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Ensure seamless office operations, including vendor management, office logistics, and supplies. Plan and execute internal company events and team-building activities. HR & People Operations Oversee the hiring process, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications. Own the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Develop and implement HR policies to drive employee engagement and company culture. Coordinate performance reviews, employee benefits, and HR compliance requirements. Project Management & Coordination Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely execution. Support the leadership team in tracking key initiatives and operational efficiencies. Act as the go-to person for internal process improvements, helping teams work more effectively. Collaborate with finance and legal teams on administrative and compliance-related matters. About You Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience in HR, people operations, office management, executive support, or project management. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the business. Experience in managing meetings, including note-taking, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring action items are completed. Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in startups, fintech, or fast-growing companies is a plus. Why Join Us?
