You will work in a team that values your personal contribution, with a commitment to understanding and developing your growth.Reporting to the Superintendent Travel and working in a challenging and exciting environment within the travel team, some of the responsibilities you may be required to undertake are:Support with Travel Projects system management processes and delivery of initiatives to maintain system data integrity. Working closely with Travel Superintendent and site contacts to align on processes and accountabilities during Critical Response events (Cyclone, bushfire, flooding etc). Provide coaching and support for members of both the Travel and Travel Projects teams. Support the delivery of service delivery tools, dashboards and templates to ensure consistency of processes and adherence to standards, guidelines and procedures. Engage with stakeholders (internal and external) to support with reporting requirements in line with data privacy principles. Support delivery of tools and dashboard to enable stakeholders to utilise and analyse key performance indicators. Deliver initiatives focused on continuous improvement. Coordination of processing Adhoc Bulk travel requests. Highly valued attributes will bring: A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team. A genuine sense of care for team members. Ability to work autonomously and within part of a team. Attention to details. Time management skills and ability to effectively prioritise workload when under time constraints.
