People and Culture Administrator (Talent and Capability) Job posted: 16/01/2025 Organisation: Office of Public Prosecutions Occupation: Human Resources Reference: VG/OPP056TA The People and Culture Administrator (Talent and Capability) supports the delivery of Talent and Capability initiatives across the OPP by coordinating recruitment activities and Learning and Development deliverables. Building your HR knowledge across people, process, and policy, you will join a newly created People and Culture function focused on best practice, process improvement and people centric initiatives. Full Time, Ongoing The People and Culture team provides advice and guidance to managers and colleagues, acting as an enabler for the OPP strategy. As a newly established People and Culture function, we focus on delivering people-centric expertise and services across talent and capability, people operations and advice, wellbeing and safety, policy, and workplace relations. About the Role: As the People and Culture Administrator (Talent and Capability), you will support the delivery of Talent and Capability initiatives across the OPP by coordinating recruitment activities, supporting learning and development deliverables, and providing general HR advice and support where required. Guided by the Talent Lead and Learning and Development Advisor, you will be responsible for: Recruitment administration and candidate coordination L&D program coordination and administration Weekly reporting and workforce data reconciliation About you: Bringing your recruitment and HR administration experience to the role, you will have: An ability to navigate complex processes and procedures delivering people-centric outcomes. High level interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work with and provide information to OPP staff and management and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and provide accurate and timely information on sensitive People and Culture issues. Ability to work under pressure with supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
