We're looking for two strategic People & Culture Business Partners to join our newly established business partnership team. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace change and workforce planning. Working alongside a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you will champion initiatives that cultivate a positive, safe and engaged workplace culture. About the role: The People & Culture Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to a designated client group, partnering with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to enhance people management capabilities. This hands-on generalist role focuses on delivering high-quality P&C advice and services across a broad spectrum, encompassing both strategic and operational aspects. With a strong emphasis on culture, engagement, and performance, this role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach. What's on offer: A fun and supportive team environment. A base salary ranging from $95,331 per annum with competency-based increments up to $109,716 per annum, plus 11.5% super. 70 hour, 9 day fortnight with a fortnightly RDO. We are seeking: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Law or other related discipline along with demonstrated experience working in a similar role OR demonstrated solid contemporary knowledge and experience in a similar role. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Proven experience in influencing and negotiating individuals to achieve a beneficial outcome when problem solving, with a focus on timely resolutions. Demonstrated ability to interpret and provide sound advice on industrial awards, relevant employment legislation, policies and procedures. Proven experience in managing complex grievances and performance management related matters. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, managing competing priorities.
