Job Description Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract amendments. Manage the HR inbox and act as the main point of contact for inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Handle sensitive data with a high level of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality is maintained. Coordinate and manage HR projects as directed. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: Previous HR experience, ideally in the healthcare sector. Knowledge of HR systems, processes, and databases. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
