You will build deep, trusted relationships at every level of the organisation and provide the full suite of people services including specialist HR advice, coaching, recruitment support and workforce planning. We embrace innovation and you will have a high level of comfort working with ambiguity. When needed you will skillfully support challenging conversations to manage people issues and industrial relations challenges. This opportunity will be considered either full time or part time (1 FTE - 0.8 FTE). This role is based at our head office in East Perth and we support working arrangements that include working from home. You are also encouraged to work at Anglicare WA locations across the Perth metropolitan area. Desired Skills and Experience What you will bring You are a passionate and talented HR practitioner, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build deep, authentic relationships. You will have: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or Diploma in HR with relevant experience Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding Demonstrated experience managing complex people challenges Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a diverse range of people Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting the development of managers Demonstrated experience interpreting ECA's, industrial agreements and awards (experience with the SCHADS Award will be highly regarded) Prior experience in the community sector, while not essential, will be highly regarded The successful candidate must also possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Drivers Licence. Copies of these must be provided before commencement.
