This role melds strategic human resources management with the practicalities of workplace rehabilitation. If you’re adept at fostering a safety-first culture while ensuring our operations adhere to the highest HR and rehabilitation standards, and know talent when you see it, your next career adventure awaits! Your Role: Stay updated with HR and workplace rehabilitation laws, shaping policies that align with NAVIQ's high standards. Facilitate contracts, labour agreements, and HR-related legal matters, ensuring compliance across all fronts. Finding the “A” talent to join our specialised construction arm and our world-class adventure park through strong management of the screening, recruitment, and onboarding process. Maintain HR portfolio for NAVIQ Pty Ltd and Happitat Adventure Parks, including contract management, advisory services to team members and management, performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, counseling, conflict and grievance resolution, and exit interviews. Develop and maintain procedural manuals, integrating industry best practices with regular documentation audits. Collaborate with various teams to strengthen our quality assurance and workplace safety processes. Handle rehabilitation cases and workplace injury management, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes. Assist with the day-to-day operations to keep these fast-paced, growing businesses moving. Drive team members' well-being through regular interactions and targeted training programs. You possess a professional demeanor and exceptional organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate complex HR landscapes effectively. Solid understanding of relevant laws and a proactive approach to workplace safety and working knowledge of Workcover Qld.
