This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our digital advertising efforts across Google, META, TikTok, and Amazon platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Media Management: Manage communications and follow-ups with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategies across Google, META, and TikTok to maximise ad spend and performance. Provide insights and reports that guide future campaigns. Offer technical support and optimizations for landing pages and other digital assets. Collaborate on strategic recommendations to drive campaign effectiveness. Amazon Account Oversight: Handle client communications and strategy sessions for your client portfolio. Analyse and strategize product selections and prioritisations in coordination with our Retail and Ads teams. Ensure stringent quality control before final client approvals. Manage deadlines and workflow across a diverse client base. Continuously improve processes, time management, and monthly and yearly performance metrics. Who you are: You have at least 8 years of experience in digital advertising or account management, with a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns. Expertise in digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads (META), and TikTok. Experience with Amazon account management is highly preferred. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts and prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines.
