We are looking for a high energy individual to deliver our bespoke programs across the South Australia network of over 30 Harcourts offices. Reporting directly to the Harcourts Learning & Development Operations Manager, the South Australia Performance Coach is a permanent, full-time role. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for: Facilitating all state based Harcourts Academy training offerings. Promoting all appropriate Academy Programs to Harcourts team members and meet target attendance KPIs. Co-ordinating all student communication. Running a full Academy calendar of all training programs in accordance with the Academy requirements. Ensuring accurate student records are kept and provided to the Academy with evidence of each participant’s attendance and achievements. Working with CEO to encourage all regional team members attendance to Academy training programs. Assisting with / conducting recruitment event presentations. Actively contributing to the Academy and the regional Harcourts team. Working with our business owners and sales consultant to develop annual business plans with goals and targets. Conducting small group trainings in offices throughout our network. About You: Our ideal candidate is someone who has a strong ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will take ownership of all training and development planning and closely support the CEO and other leaders within the organisation in the auction space. Previous experience in real estate sales is essential as is a current SA real estate license. Experience in training and facilitation roles is highly desired, however not essential.
