This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Role Description The Performance Manager position at Montu focuses on delivering best-in-class acquisition campaigns across the company's full range of products and services. This role is responsible for creating and implementing integrated performance strategies across Paid Search (Google Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Microsoft Ads) and other paid channels, including Facebook, AdRoll, and YouTube. Ensuring campaign effectiveness is a key priority, requiring cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Growth, Brand, CRO, and Data. Responsibilities Develop, implement and manage performance marketing strategies across social paid channels to drive brand awareness, traffic and leads. Take full ownership of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, AdRoll, Google PMAX, Google Demand Gen, YouTube and more. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure a constant stream of digital assets are supplied to drive performance improvements. Conduct continuous testing and experimentation to drive incremental improvements to campaign performance, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making. Own all aspects of reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), providing detailed analysis and actionable insights to key stakeholders. Engage with the data and analytics teams to improve the sophistication of reporting and analysis. Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various channels to maximise ROI and achieve business goals. Success metrics are CPL/CAC. Develop a thorough understanding of the different divisions of Montu's business and key performance objectives. Manage own workflow and responses to ensure agreed deadlines are met. Manage the ongoing testing and optimisation of ad copy, creative and targeting to deliver best outcome (CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate improvements). Provide comprehensive and articulate reporting to illustrate performance insights around current and future growth opportunities. Qualifications 5+ years' experience managing large budgets across paid social, display and other digital channels. A thorough understanding of Search & Social bid strategies tailored to CpL and CAC KPIs. Experience with digital reporting and the ability to analyse data, make optimisation decisions, and develop best practice proposals. A thorough understanding of the Google Tag Manager and META Pixels to be able to enhance tracking and conversion goals. Expert with key analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Looker, Supermetrics, Excel/Google Sheets. Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus. Comfortable and confident presenting insights and data to leadership teams. Highly creative with the ability to manage creative teams to deliver on performance strategies. Strong understanding of CRO with the ability to suggest tests and landing page strategies that drive high conversion rates.
