About the role THE ROLE As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll help lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to drive acquisition and improve funnel conversion. Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll implement data-driven enhancements to transform our performance marketing campaigns, particularly across paid search and social media. What you'll be responsible for Opportunity Generation: Create, expand, and accelerate opportunities through customer-centred marketing execution. Paid Search: Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns including the strategy, design, implementation, and analysis of ad performance. Paid Social: Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences. Skills you'll need Accurately identify and rectify discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. Work collaboratively by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals.
