We are seeking an experienced Performance Optimisation Manager (Insurance Repairs) to join our growing team. The newly created full-time role (42.5 hours, Monday through Friday) is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help further elevate CRA’s performance. CRA will provide the successful applicant with a Microsoft Surface and work from home setup, vehicle, and phone. We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of systems and processes, and proven experience in implementing best practices in the Insurance Repair Industry. Attention to detail is paramount, as is being meticulous to ensure accuracy, whilst being able to work to strict timeframes, KPIs and as per Insurer requirements. The Role This position, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, will work across the company, and with external stakeholders to: Determine strategic optimisation goals with senior management. Adopt a continuous improvement approach to analyse complex company performance problems and find solutions. Evaluate existing processes, structures and systems, to audit and monitor processes using analytics tools. Collaborate with employees and external stakeholders to manage change whilst improving processes and achieving target outcomes. Work with Senior Management to analyse Insurer data for Insurer Performance Sessions and facilitate changes required for an enhanced client experience. Prepare proposals and represent the company at regular stakeholder and scorecards and other meetings. Work with the Quality and Compliance team to ensure adherence to supplier contractual terms and conditions. Collaborate with Management to build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners. Key criteria Minimum 3 years of industry-specific experience in a similar Performance Optimisation role within the Insurance Repair industry. Proven experience and proficiency in team leadership with a focus on optimising team and company performance. Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams collaboratively to achieve goals. Excellent knowledge of the residential insurance repair industry. Excellent time management and organisational skills, and an ability to manage high-quality outcomes within strict KPI time frames. Valid and unrestricted driver's Licence. White Card.
