About the Role The Service Delivery and Reporting team plays a crucial role in the organisation by spearheading the development and implementation of key initiatives to support both operational and non-operational brigade response and performance improvement across the state. As the Performance & Systems Improvement Analyst, your role is pivotal in identifying and troubleshooting any system-related issues managed by the Service Delivery and Reporting team. You will serve as the subject matter expert on existing applications developed by the team and provide guidance and oversight to the Performance & Systems Improvement Coordinators. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and provide guidance on data entry of incident reporting, data requests, FOI requests and the performance of routine data maintenance. Coordinate program activity to ensure compliance with project guidelines and monitor and provide regular reports on project progress. Provide authoritative advice, problem-solve, troubleshoot, and coordinate improvements for any system-related issues on applications managed by the team. Provide support and guidance to the Performance and Systems Improvement Coordinators as required. Actively identify emerging pressures and possible issues and identify continuous improvement solutions. Develop and maintain document control and reporting procedures. Liaise with senior management and other key stakeholders on policy and program development and implementation issues associated with Performance Improvement programs and initiatives. About You Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, business and/or equivalent experience in data analytics or project management in a complex environment. Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering innovative projects and initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment. Well-developed organisational skills, and demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet tight work demands and manage competing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
