EveryOne delivers projects across four states - Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. Our volume of work has increased, so your experience will see you as our Permits / Technical Administrator to provide administrative support to the Operations Team maintaining files and documentation in order to assist in meeting the production outputs as well as customer’s expectations. Reporting to the Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Manage the Permits Inbox daily Order / Receive / Check / Follow up Soils, Feature Surveys, Re-establishment Surveys, PSI and Title information Reconcile invoices including raising Early Works Agreement/Monthly claims Raising SP1 Contract and Demolition Claims Enter actual and forecast dates into the database daily Assist with workflow production planning and reference reports in relation to daily workflow Receive and file digital surveys from third party providers Filing contract related documentation in job files and client Sharepoint portals Prepare and Issue Prebuilds to Site Managers and receipt and review of Pre-build’s Completion of Colour Selection Documents Order / Receive / Check / Follow up a range of reports, permits, warranty insurance, approvals, etc. Attend the weekly team meetings to ensure each job is progressing Ensure quality control based on established procedures Maintain a thorough working knowledge of systems and data recording Coordinate with external service providers. The successful candidate will have: Some experience in using database systems is an added advantage Well developed communication and time management/prioritisation skills Intermediate Microsoft OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL computer skills Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
