Job Title: Personal Assistant – Creative & Event Production Agency Location: BBR Group, The Rocks, NSW Employment Type: Full-Time (3-4 Days in Office) Salary: $60-$80K plus super (additional 6 weeks paid leave per year, total 10 weeks) Personal Assistant to Founder/Managing Director 3-4 Days a Week | The Rocks, Sydney Are you a natural organiser who thrives on variety, solving problems, and keeping everything running like clockwork? As the backbone of the Founder/Managing Director’s day-to-day operations, you’ll ensure his time is focused on what matters most while keeping the office and team running seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing: As the trusted right hand to the Founder/Managing Director, you’ll wear many hats in this role. You’ll precisely manage his diary and calendar, ensuring his schedule aligns with priorities. Whether you’re coordinating team meetings, booking travel and accommodations, or tackling admin tasks, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything moving smoothly. In addition to handling company matters, you’ll assist with personal tasks, like booking hotels, running errands, or even taking the office dogs for a walk if the Founder/Managing Director is tied up in meetings. You’ll also oversee office management, keep track of invoices on the company credit card, and help prioritise emails to keep distractions at bay. About You: You’re the kind of person who thrives on creating order out of chaos. A born problem-solver, you’re always one step ahead, anticipating what needs to be done before anyone asks. You’re flexible, and adaptable, and love the variety that comes with supporting a creative leader in a fast-paced environment. You bring experience in office management, executive support, or a similar role.
