School Address: PO Box 6553 East Perth WA 6892 Position Details Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principal and Director of Faith and Mercy Charism This Personal Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Deputy Principal (Pastoral) and the Director of Faith and Mercy Charism, ensuring the smooth operation of their responsibilities across pastoral care and faith initiatives. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing calendars and coordinating meetings. Providing comprehensive administrative support, such as preparing agendas, minute-taking, and handling correspondence. Organising and supporting various events and programs, including year group socials, Reflection Days, and Mercy Service activities. Sourcing venues, booking presenters, arranging catering, and overseeing logistics to ensure the success of events. Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating service opportunities for students and assisting with tasks such as event setup and managing student service placements. Supporting faith-based initiatives. This is an ongoing position working Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm - 42 weeks per year.
