About the Role As a Personal Banker Trainee, you’ll play a vital role in helping our customers make the most of their money. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you’ll have the opportunity to: Provide expert financial advice and seamless service to customers. Reach out to customers both in-branch and over the phone. Connect customers to the right products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand and meet compliance, legislative, and risk management requirements.
