Role Overview We are seeking a Personal Care Attendant to join our team at Aveo Lindfield Gardens Retirement Living. As a key member of our community, you will provide high-quality daily care services to residents, focusing on promoting their independence and well-being. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, working together to ensure care outcomes are consistently exceeded. What We Offer $32.14/hour + relevant Aged Care Award entitlements, including penalty rates, overtime, and allowances + superannuation Paid Parental Leave and Purchased Annual Leave options Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers Opportunities for further career progression Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community Opportunity to work across a number of our communities Your Responsibilities Work as part of a team providing safe and effective daily personal care, tailored to the resident's care needs in line with their current care plans Ensure all residents receive kind, caring, and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including medical & personal support, domestic cleaning, and general admin duties Support residents with recreational and social activities Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety, security, and resident incidents Be passionate, trustworthy, reliable, and enjoy connecting with residents, colleagues, and the wider community Requirements Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance (required) Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required) Current Police Check clearance (required), however Aveo can complete this for you Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required) About Us Aveo is a leader in retirement living, with 30 years' experience.
