Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care. About the role We have Casual opportunities for Personal Care Attendants to join our home located in Kangaroo Flat. Estia Health Kangaroo Flat is a modern, 144-bed aged care home situated in a peaceful street near the heart of town, within walking distance of public transport and a short drive to local shops, clubs, and the hospital. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to cater to a variety of care needs, featuring five distinct 'small home' areas, each with its own shared lounge and dining spaces, as well as a dedicated Memory Support Unit for residents requiring additional support. Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you: Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed. Work with our team to support those with challenging needs. Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active. Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments and providing medication under a registered nurse. Be a friend to our residents. Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected. You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with: A certificate III or IV in Aged Care A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives Time spent working as a caregiver or similar Solid clinical documentation and computer skills As one of the largest and fastest growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of changing the way we offer aged care.
