About the role Join our friendly Estia Health Yarra Valley home as a personal carer (PCA)! Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you: Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed. Work with our team to support those with challenging needs. Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active. Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments and providing medication under a registered nurse. Be a friend to our residents. Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.
