At Nurse Next Door Gawler Barossa, we are currently seeking: Community Support Workers - 2+ years experience highly regarded Disability Support Workers - minimum cert 3 required Personal Care Attendants - minimum cert 3 required What you’ll bring to our team! As a dedicated, self-led leader who is passionate about making a difference, you will take responsibility for your own success through: Your ability to develop rapport with clients quickly Exercise your natural empathy Being reliable and always on time to the client's home. Desire to make lives better for clients in their own home and in the community 2+ years experience in community/aged care/disability Able to identify and report client care concerns to the Care Designers A great communicator with strong skills in speaking and writing in English. Other languages will be an asset! As we provide support to our clients 24/7, the ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, across weekends and evenings is advantageous.
