We are committed to promoting the well-being and independence of our residents, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team. Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Personal Care Worker to assist our residents with daily living activities. You will be part of a team that ensures the comfort, safety, and dignity of our elderly residents in a residential aged care setting. Shifts Available: The available shifts are across AM, PM, and Night Duty, offering flexibility in scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support with mobility and transfers Aid in the administration of medication under supervision Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Ensure that residents’ individual care needs are met Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times Key Requirements: Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) Previous experience in aged care is desirable Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature Committed, reliable, adaptable and accountable Ability to act with humility, integrity, respect and show understanding A desire to work as part of a dynamic and flexible team.
