The Opportunity Aveo Lindfield Gardens Retirement Living is nestled amongst serene bushland in East Lindfield, overlooking the sparkling upper reaches of Middle Harbour. You will provide high-quality daily care services for residents, with a focus on promoting their independence and well-being. You will enjoy fostering strong relationships with residents, their families and your colleagues to help ensure care outcomes are consistently exceeded. What We Offer $32.14 per hour plus relevant Aged Care Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances, superannuation Paid Parental Leave and Purchased Annual Leave options Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers Opportunities for further career progression A friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community Job Responsibilities Work as part of a team providing safe and effective daily personal care, tailored to the resident's care needs in line with their current care plans Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties Support residents with recreational and social activities Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety, security and resident incidents Requirements Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance (required) Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required) Current Police Check clearance (required) Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required) About Us As a leader in retirement living, we provide the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
