Day to day, you’ll help older people live with dignity, whether that’s helping them get around, go to the bathroom, take a shower, or enjoy a meal with a friendly face – in line with their personalised care plan. The requirements | What it takes to do this work No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need: A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills The location| A home to belong to Nestled peacefully in the picturesque Southern Highlands, Warrigal Bundanoon combines small town charm with luxury to create your perfect haven.
