Key responsibilities include preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, legal research, reviewing medical evidence, preparing briefs for barristers, filing, and general administration. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a paralegal/law clerk/legal secretary; Have minimum 2 years experience (preferably more) in personal injury law (preferably plaintiff, open to defendant) including CTP/motor vehicle accidents (ESSENTIAL); Have solid understanding of the CTP process and procedures across the ‘life-cycle’ of the claim (ESSENTIAL); Are a proactive SELF-STARTER, thrive in a busy fast-paced environment; Have strong communication skills (written and verbal); Are a strong team player, love personal injury law and helping your clients; Are ambitious and committed to your career success with an outstanding personal injury firm that is committed to investing in you….long-term! #J-18808-Ljbffr
