We focus on: Supporting women aged 40-55 to reduce body fat, build strength, and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. Guiding men aged 45 and above to reduce aches and pains, build strength, and improve overall health and body composition. Postpartum Fitness: Helping new and returning mothers regain strength, confidence, and vitality through tailored, safe, and effective training programs. At Odyssey, we’re passionate about creating tailored programs that deliver real results and helping our clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident every day. About the Role This role is perfect for a driven Personal Trainer looking to specialise in strength, health, and body transformation programs for a diverse clientele. You’ll work closely with clients to develop individualised health plans that help them achieve their goals. Growing to 2-3 days of consistent client sessions (can be adjusted to fit your lifestyle). Rate: $40-$50/hour (depends on level of experience). Schedule: Enjoy flexibility in how you structure your day and book your clients - morning, afternoon, or evening shifts are available to suit your lifestyle. Job Type: Casual, with potential to transition into part-time or full-time roles. Focus: Building a client base, delivering exceptional results, and driving studio growth.
