Job Description: As a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at OZZY 24/7 FITNESS, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives by providing expert fitness guidance, personalized training sessions, and engaging group fitness classes. You will be responsible for: Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals. Developing and implementing effective fitness programs and nutrition plans. Leading group fitness classes, including but not limited to, HIIT, yoga, strength training, and cardio workouts. Providing ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients to help them achieve their fitness objectives. Monitoring and tracking client progress through assessments and goal setting. Maintaining a safe and clean workout environment. Staying up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA). CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in personal training and group fitness instruction. Ability to create and adapt fitness programs to meet the needs of diverse clients. Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A friendly and approachable demeanor.
