TerryWhite Chemmart (TWC) is on a mission to transform Australian pharmacy practice, and we’re looking for a passionate, innovative Pharmacist Education, Training & Development Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting TWC’s vision for the future of community pharmacy. You’ll develop and deliver scalable training initiatives that empower our pharmacists to operate at their full scope, advance best-in-class dispensary practices, and improve patient health outcomes. As a key player in our Professional Practice team, you’ll work closely with our Capability team to bring your ideas to life, creating programs that align with TWC’s business goals, industry standards, and clinical governance needs. What you will do: Design and implement engaging training programs that support full-scope pharmacist practice across the TWC network, including our best-in-industry Masterclass, Masterclass Forum and Masterclass Intern Development programs. Partner with key industry bodies to accredit our educational content and ensure it aligns with current best practices and legislation where relevant. Develop innovative training strategies for new initiatives, including onboarding for new pharmacists, dispensary technicians, and pharmacy assistants. Collaborate with TWC leaders to enhance our health programs, increase service opportunities, and support a network focused on excellence in patient care. Lead the way in pharmacist education, helping our team stay at the forefront of industry standards and technology. What we are looking for: Registered Pharmacist (Bachelor or Masters degree) with at least 5 years of community pharmacy experience. Strong knowledge of the Australian pharmacy landscape, legislation, and QCPP standards. A skilled facilitator with experience in change management, training, and learning systems. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships across various stakeholders – industry, supplier, pharmacy owners and teams. Proactive and autonomous, you’re comfortable taking the lead and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Why TWC?
