The Team: The Statewide Hospital Pharmacy (SHP) team focuses on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, workforce, and the Tasmanian community. The Role: Provide high-level administrative support to the Pharmacy Senior Management Team, consisting of the Executive Director Statewide Hospital Pharmacy, Pharmacy Operations & Logistics Officer - SHP, Pharmacy Site Managers, and Pharmacy Support Officers. Although based in Hobart, you will be part of the SHP Administration Team, providing support across the state to our pharmacy departments within the four major hospitals. You will need: Preparation, coordination, and recording of local and statewide Pharmacy meeting agendas and minutes, including liaising with Managers/Supervisors for content within specified timeframes. Maintenance of diary appointments for the Pharmacy Site Managers and travel bookings for the Pharmacy department staff as authorized by the Pharmacy Site Manager or Pharmacy Operations & Logistics Officer - SHP. Coordinate and liaise with Pharmacy staff regarding timesheets, sick leave, annual leave, and professional development requests. Record, reconcile, and manage the Pharmacy’s leave management database. Act as a conduit between Pharmacy and Payroll. Details of appointment: Permanent part-time, day worker position, working 30.4 hours per fortnight, located in Hobart, commencing as soon as possible. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies. Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
