Job Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager. If you live in the Ballarat VIC area or are wanting to move to Ballarat VIC, then this is your opportunity. 22nd February, 2025 Pharmacy Manager Delacombe Ballarat VIC About the Pharmacy: Our client's pharmacy is located in Delacombe Ballarat, Victoria. They deliver on their purpose of empowering more people to live longer, healthier lives , and operate 19 pharmacies and three medical centres in Ballarat. This is a full-time role based in Delacombe, a suburb of Ballarat, Victoria. The pharmacy has a dispensary and a packing room. You will be responsible for the following: Supervise and ensure scheduled medicines are handled correctly, following Pharmacists only and Pharmacy only medicines procedures. Provide and maintain excellent customer service for each and every customer within the guidelines and regulations of the profession. Follow QCPP standards and procedures. Ensure prescriptions are dispensed according to national health regulations. Manage a team of 2 pharmacists, 1 tech in the dispensary, 1 tech in the shop, 1 pack room coordinator, 4 techs in the packing room, and a delivery driver. To be successful in this role, you must have: Registered & practicing in Australia for at least 3 years. Leadership qualities. High level of clinical knowledge. High level of experience in the community setting. Benefits include: Hourly rate ranging from $60 per hour to $65 per hour depending on your experience. Flexible working hours.
